The Orange Blossom Beekeepers Association will be meeting Thursday, May 17 at 7:00 p.m.. As usual, we will meet at the Orange County Extension Offices located at 6021 S. Conway Road, Orlando. This month, we will meet in the Magnolia Room
We have been asked by Orange County to move our hives a little further from the fence. So, we need a few people to assist President Shawn Boltz and myself to move them. Please arrive about 6:30 p.m. to the apiary location. Be sure to bring your bee suits and smokers. Many hands make fast work. We have had our hive stands returned from the Twilight Zone and also have concrete blocks.
The topic for this month's meeting will be "an informative evening on a variety of necessary beekeeping tips"!!! Sounds fun and informative!
