Florida Honey Queen Project

Florida State Beekeepers Association is proud to announce the reintroduction of the Honey Queen Project for Florida.

If you have a daughter, niece, sister, or granddaughter between the ages of 17 and 24 she would be eligible.

The Honey Queen is the "front line" between the public and Florida Beekeepers. She is the face of beekeeping and attends local fairs, gives lectures at garden clubs and schools and is the media contact for the local and state associations. The ultimate goal for a Florida Honey Queen is to attend the American Beekeeping Federation and win the National honor.
